nwm_eval.utils.create_time_sequence(start_date, end_date, freq_hour=1, start_hour=0, end_hour=0)

Create a sequence of timestamps between start and end dates with specified frequency and hours.

Return type:

list[Timestamp]

Parameters:

• start_date (str | pd.Timestamp) – The start date of the sequence.

• end_date (str | pd.Timestamp) – The end date of the sequence.

• freq_hour (float) – The frequency of the timestamps in hours.

• start_hour (float) – The hour to start the sequence on the start date.
