Combine NetCDF gridded outputs from multiple runs into a single NetCDF product.

options:
  -h, --help : type=None
                        show this help message and exit

  -cfg, --config_json_file : type=str default=None
                        Path to the JSON file describing output variables.

  -ncf, --netcdf_folder : type=str default=None
                        Path to the folder containing per-timestep NetCDF gridded outputs to combine.

  -ocd, --output_cycle_domain : type=str default=None
                        Output cycle domain (conus, hawaii, puertorico, etc.) to label the NWM NetCDF outputs

  -och, --output_cycle_hour : type=int default=None
                        Integer output cycle hour of the run for NWM postprocessing

  -oct, --output_cycle_type : type=str default=None
                        Output cycle type (analysis_assim, short_range, etc.) to label the NWM NetCDF outputs

  -of, --output_folder : type=str default=None
                        Path to the output folder where postprocessing outputs will be written.
